	Thinking of an addition or renovation? This is how the process works
		Site visit – no charge. Quote submitted for plans and an estimate of construction costs given. Plans charged separately. If drafting and design quote accepted, plans completed and accurate quote subject to soil test given. (No obligation to remain with me. You can get as many quotes as you wish.) Quote will include all council fees, insurances, engineering fees, soil test, levies, electrical to a Pc amount; plastering and electrical completed ready to paint. No painting included. If quote accepted, preliminary agreement signed to proceed with soil test report (if required) – alter quote if necessary. Sometimes additional steel and concrete is required by the engineer’s. Final price submitted and contract signed. Starting date set then. Usually within 10 weeks of signing contract. Submit a Renovation Enquiry
