Charlie and Jenny Vanderstam named BTS Home Building Services after their three children, Brenden, Tamara and Samantha. Charlie has 35 years experience in the building industry mostly renovating and extending of homes, particularly in and around Brisbane.

A Building Standards Association Gold Card registered builder
The licence card is a symbol of consumer protection offered under the QBSA Act 1991. The BSA Gold Card shows that your builder, or trade contractor, is licensed to deal directly with the public.
A BSA Gold Card is proof that a contractor is licensed to deal with the public and has met certain minimum requirements. For some building work, where a Gold Card licensed contractor is used, BSA's Insurance Scheme provides protection against non completion, faulty workmanship and subsidence.
